A buttery pretzel crust is filled with sliced Snickers candy bars, peanut butter and cream cheese, then topped with chocolate drizzle and crushed peanuts. (Serve chilled)
Swiss-Style EnchiladasRoasted chicken with onions, garlic, green chiles, tomatoes and swiss cheese wrapped in flour tortillas and topped with swiss cream and more swiss cheese. (Full order=6 enchiladas, Half order=3 enchiladas)
Spaghetti with Sausage & Peppers
Italian sausage, bell peppers and onions sauteed with tomatoes, basil and garlic, tossed with spaghetti noodles and topped with parmesan cheese. (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)
Creamy Shrimp and Rice
Cooked shrimp and Rice with sliced mushrooms, baby spinach, and lemon baked in a savory garlic and chive cream cheese sauce, topped with parmesan cheese. (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)
Creole Jambalaya
My homemade version with hot smoked sausage, fire-roasted diced tomatoes, celery, onion, garlic and green peppers tossed in white rice and topped with scallions. A bit spicy! (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)
Roasted Red Pepper Soup with Pesto Croutons
Robust flavors of roasted red peppers, shallots and garlic blended for a creamy, smooth texture. Great served hot or cold! Served with Homemade pesto croutons. (Full order=64oz soup, 16oz croutons, Half order=32oz soup, 8oz croutons)
