Chicken Enchiladas with Mexican Rice
Dinner Belle's most popular family meal! Flour tortillas stuffed with roasted chicken breast, green peppers, onions, cheddar cheese, and mild red enchilada sauce, then topped again with more sauce and cheese. Served over a light bed of Mexican rice. (Full order= 6 enchiladas, Half order= 3 enchiladas)
 
Turkey & Artichoke Stuffed Shells
Jumbo shell pasta stuffed with ground turkey, chopped artichokes, and a garlic & herb ricotta filling. Topped with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella. (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)

Special recipe marinated ribeye chunks, served uncooked in marinade & ready-to-grill! (Full order=4 servings steak tips, Half order=2 servings steak tips) *Generous portions for 2 or 4 people, great served with a side salad!
