Creole Chicken & Sausage Gumbo (STOVETOP/MICROWAVE)
Celebrate the upcoming Mardi Gras week with a Louisiana classic! Shredded chicken and smoked sausage with celery, onion, red & green peppers in a spicy Cajun sauce. Served with Hoppin’ John; jasmine rice with sweet onions and black-eyed peas. (Full order=64oz gumbo, 64oz rice, Half order=32oz gumbo, 32oz rice)

Red Beans & Rice Burritos (OVEN)
Seasoned red Kidney beans & Hoppin’ John (made with fragrant jasmine rice, sweet onions and black-eyed peas) rolled in flour tortillas drizzled with a Cajun red sauce and topped with cheddar cheese. (not spicy) (Full order=6 burritos, Half order=3 burritos)


Meatballs Stroganoff (OVEN)
Beef meatballs in a mushroom sour cream sauce served over buttered egg noodles. (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)


Chicken Pot Pie (OVEN)
Chopped chicken breast with onions, peas & carrots in a sherry cream sauce topped with lattice pie crust. (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)


Trio Salad Stuffed Tomatoes (SERVE CHILLED)
Mix and match your own combination of Dinner Belle’s classic homemade chicken salad, tuna salad, and egg salad. Served over whole tomato blossoms. *Please specify your choices when ordering! (Full Order=6 stuffed tomatoes, Half Order=3 stuffed tomatoes)
