St.Patrick’s Day Colcannon (OVEN/MICROWAVE)
*Freezer-friendly! A hearty casserole of smashed redskin potatoes, fresh cooked cabbage and roasted corned beef, seasoned and topped with sliced butter and scallions. (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)

Open Faced Turkey with Potatoes & Gravy (TOASTER/OVEN/ MICROWAVE) *Freezer-friendly! Oven-roasted turkey is carved and served with Texas toast, smashed redskin potatoes, and a side of turkey gravy for topping. (Full order=2 lbs turkey, 32oz potatoes, 4 slices toast, 16oz gravy, Half order=1 lb turkey, 16oz potatoes, 2 slices toast, 8oz gravy)

Pork Fried Rice (OVEN/MICROWAVE) *Freezer-friendly!
Cooked white rice with marinated pork loin strips, green peas, carrots, onions, fried eggs, and bean sprouts in a ginger-garlic soy sauce. Kid favorite! (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)

Jalapeno Chicken Breasts (OVEN/GRILL)
Chicken breasts are pounded thin and marinated in Italian dressing, then stuffed with cream cheese and diced jalapenos, then rolled up and wrapped in bacon. Delicious!!! (Full order=4 stuffed breasts, Half order=2 stuffed breasts)

Spring Veggie Pizza (SERVE CHILLED)
Crescent roll pizza crust spread with ranch sauce and topped with fresh chopped broccoli, shredded carrots, bell pepper, and cheddar cheese. (Full order= two 9-inch pizzas, Half order=one 9-inch pizza)
