Fresh shredded Jarlsberg Swiss with mayo and red onions.  DELICIOUS!!!

BBQ Baby Back Ribs & Smashed Potatoes (OVEN/GRILL)
Seasoned pork ribs smothered with my special barbecue sauce, served with homemade buttered & smashed redskin potatoes.  Ready-to-Grill!
(Full Order=Full rack ribs, 32oz potatoes, extra bbq sauce, Half order=Half rack ribs, 16oz potatoes, extra bbq sauce)

Jalapeno Chicken Breasts (OVEN/GRILL) *Freezer-friendly!
Chicken breasts are pounded thin and marinated in Italian dressing, then stuffed with cream cheese and diced jalapenos, then rolled up and wrapped in bacon.  Delicious!!!  (Full order=4 stuffed breasts, Half order=2 stuffed breasts)

Party Paella Casserole (OVEN/MICROWAVE) *Freezer-friendly!
Back by popular demand!  A Spanish dish of shrimp, lemon pepper & garlic chicken, yellow rice, scallions,  Spanish olives and peas.  Seasoned with paprika and topped with Monterey Jack cheese.

Blackened Chicken Pasta Salad (SERVE CHILLED)
A very tasty chilled pasta salad that serves as a ready-to-serve meal!  Cast-iron skillet blackened chicken breast, diced tomatoes and green onions with spiral pasta in an Asiago peppercorn dressing.
(Full order=64 oz, Half order=32oz)

Classic Chicken Salad Stuffed Tomatoes -or- Croissants
(SERVE CHILLED)  My popular recipe of traditional chicken salad made with steamed chicken breast, celery and green onions with a sweet mayo dressing.  Served in whole tomato “blossoms” or with croissants.  Please specify your choice with order. (Full Order=6 tomatoes/croissants, Half Order=3 tomatoes/croissants)
