Appetizer of the Week:
~Jarlsberg Cheese Dip~ $12 (16oz)
Fresh shredded Jarlsberg Swiss with mayo and red onions.  DELICIOUS!!!
(Best served with Ritz crackers)

Dessert of the Week:
~Cream Cheese Bars~ $10 (13x9 pan)
 Two layers of cinnamon-sugared crescent roll dough filled with vanilla cream cheese.  Great with coffee for breakfast!!!

Full Orders $24.00 (Feeds 4-6)
Half Orders $14.00 (Feeds 2-3)

Shredded Beef and Bean Burritos (OVEN) *Freezer-friendly!
Top round steak is slow-cooked with green chilies and onion, then wrapped in flour tortillas with refried beans and Monterey Jack cheese blend and topped with burrito sauce and covered in Mexican cheese blend. (Full order=6 burritos, Half order=3 burritos)

Spring Chicken & Dumplings (STOVETOP/MICROWAVE)
Creamed chicken breasts with biscuit dumplings, peas, carrots, corn, asparagus, and green onions.  Kids love this dinner!  (Full order=64oz, Half order=32oz)

Chicken Tortilla Soup (STOVETOP/MICROWAVE)
Shredded chicken, tomatoes, onions, green chilies, corn, and fresh diced avocado in a savory tomato broth.  Served with tortilla strips for topping.  (Not spicy)

Southern Style Ham Salad (SERVE CHILLED)
Paula Deen’s famous recipe of shredded ham, celery, sweet onion, and chopped hard-boiled egg in a sweet Dijon-mayo dressing.  Served with white buns.
Great for lunch or a quick dinner!  (Full order=32oz ham salad, 6 buns, Half order=16oz ham salad, 3 buns)
