LOWFAT & LOW-CAL! Fresh chopped red apples and pineapple tidbits tossed with butterscotch pudding mix and lowfat cool whip. (SERVE CHILLED)

Chicken Manicotti with Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo (OVEN)
*Freezer-friendly! Manicotti pasta stuffed with shredded chicken, fresh spinach and garlic & chive cream cheese, topped with homemade roasted red pepper alfredo sauce and fresh basil garnish. (Full order=6 manicotti, Half order=3 manicotti)

Turkey Macaroni Bake (OVEN) *Freezer-friendly!
My healthier version of the ultimate comfort food!  Ground turkey with homemade garlic tomato sauce, bell peppers, onions, and macaroni pasta topped with cheddar cheese. (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)

Greek Beef Pitas (STOVETOP/MICROWAVE)
Greek-seasoned ground beef and red onion are sautéed with a side of cucumber salad for topping made with diced cucumber, feta cheese, dill, garlic and sour cream.  Served with Pita pocket halves.  (Full order=32oz beef, 16oz cucumber salad, 6 pita halves, Half order=16oz beef, 8oz cucumber salad, 3 pita halves)

Corn-and-Crab Chowder (STOVETOP/MICROWAVE) *Freezer-friendly!
Creamed celery, onion, green pepper and jalapeno combined with corn and imitation crab, topped with bacon crumbles.  (Not spicy)  (Full order=64oz,  Half order=32oz)
