The Dinner Belle Weekly Menu

Appetizer of the Week:
~Homemade Black Bean Salsa~ $15 (32oz)
Black beans, corn, tri-color bell peppers, and red onion in a sweet and tangy dressing. (Best served with tortilla chips)

Dessert of the Week:
~Raspberry-Peach Shortbread Bars ~ $10 (9” square pan)
 Shortbread crust with raspberry and peach preserves, topped with toasted almonds and powdered sugar.  Best-ever bar cookies!

Half Orders $14.00 (Feeds 2-3)


Cincinnati-Style Chili Beef & Bean Enchiladas (OVEN) *Freezer-friendly!
Homemade Cincinnati-style chili with black beans, onions, and white rice, rolled in flour tortillas and topped with Cincinnati chili sauce and cheddar cheese.
(Full order=6 enchiladas, Half order=3 enchiladas)

Buffalo Chicken BBQ with Blue Cheese Cole Slaw (MICROWAVE)
Chicken is slow-cooked in wing sauce then shredded and mixed with extra sauce, served with my homemade blue cheese cole slaw and white buns.  (Full order=32oz bbq, 32oz slaw, 6 buns, Half order=16oz bbq, 16oz slaw, 3 buns)

Orange Pork with Scallions (OVEN/MICROWAVE) *Freezer-friendly!
Pork loin strips slow-cooked in orange marmalade and sweet chili garlic sauce tossed with cooked matchstick carrots and served over white rice with chopped scallions.  (LOWFAT/LOW-CAL!)

Baked Ham Macaroni & Cheese (OVEN/MICROWAVE) *Freezer-friendly!
Home-style macaroni and cheese with smoked ham in a rich cheddar cheese sauce, topped with buttered cracker crumbs.  (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)
