Weekly menu, for delivery 3-18-11

The Dinner Belle Weekly Menu

Half Orders $14.00 (Feeds 2-3)

Appetizer of the Week:
~Buffalo Chicken Dip~ $10 (32oz)
Chicken breast with cream cheese and mild buffalo wing sauce combined for a great dip! (Best served with tortilla chips)

Dessert of the Week:
~Apple-Blueberry Crisp~ $10 (13x9 pan)
Cinnamon apples and fresh blueberries tossed with white butter cake mix and topped with an oatmeal brown sugar streusel. Great for breakfast or dessert with vanilla ice cream!

DINNERS:

Chicken Enchiladas (OVEN) *Freezer-friendly!
Dinner Belle’s best-seller! Flour tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken breast, green peppers, onions, cheddar cheese, and mild red enchilada sauce, then topped again with sauce and cheese. Served over a light bed of Spanish rice. (Full order=6 enchiladas, Half order=3 enchiladas)

Baked Rigatoni with Meat Sauce (OVEN)*Freezer-friendly!
Layers of rigatoni pasta, sliced provolone, Italian five-cheese blend, meat marinara, and sour cream. Topped with shredded mozzarella.  Always a crowd pleaser! (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)

Shrimp and Crab Au Gratin (OVEN)
*Lenten Special! A rich, cheesy delight of shrimp and imitation crab with parmesan and cheddar buttered cracker topping. Served with fresh bakery French loaf for dipping. (Full order=13x9 pan, Half order=6x9 pan)

Southwestern Chicken Salad (SERVE CHILLED)
Shredded chicken breast tossed with black beans, corn, and scallions in my homemade southwestern mayo (not spicy). Served with your choice of croissants -or- flour tortillas, please specify when ordering! (Full order=32oz chicken salad, 6 wraps/croissants, Half order=16oz chicken salad, 3 wraps/croissants)
